We are a professional sheet metal products manufacturer based in Jiashan, China. We produce truck toolboxes, machine and equipment enclosures, and industrial/jobsite storage boxes. Our production process is managed in-house to support stable quality and batch-to-batch consistency.

Q2: Do you support OEM and ODM orders?
Yes, we provide OEM and ODM services. Custom options may include product size, material thickness, surface finish, lock and hinge types, handle design, logo branding, and packaging method.

Q3: Can you produce samples before bulk orders?
Yes. After confirming your drawings, specifications, or reference samples, we can evaluate the structure and produce samples for review before bulk production.

Q4: What materials do you work with?
We mainly work with cold-rolled steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, and other sheet metal materials based on the product application and customer requirements.

Q5: What information should I provide for a quotation?
Please provide product type, dimensions, material and thickness, quantity, surface finish, packing requirements, drawings, or reference photos. This helps us evaluate feasibility and provide a more accurate quotation.

Q6: How long is your production lead time?
For regular orders, the production lead time is usually 25–30 days.
For customized orders, the production lead time is usually 35–45 days, depending on product complexity, quantity, and production requirements.

Q7: What payment terms do you accept?
We can accept T/T payment. Specific payment arrangements can be discussed based on the order details and cooperation terms.

Q8: How do you ensure product quality?
We set quality checkpoints during material preparation, laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, surface treatment, powder coating, assembly, and packing. We focus on structural stability, welding quality, surface finish, hardware installation, and packing condition.

Q9: Do you provide after-sales support?
Yes. We provide spare parts replacement and technical support when needed, helping customers manage installation, maintenance, or after-sales issues more efficiently.

Q10: Can you develop a new product based on my sample or drawing?
Yes. We can review your sample, drawing, or reference photos, evaluate the material, structure, process, and production feasibility, then provide manufacturing suggestions and quotation support.
